General comments
Dekking P. aeruginosa bij kolonisatie/infectie < 1 jaar.
Bij gebleken gevoeligheid wordt combinatietherapie niet aanbevolen, tenzij hoge bacteriële load, zoals bijv. niet-gedraineerde abcessen.
Dosering ceftazidim evt. verlagen op basis van MIC.
