General comments
Indien ELD dan vancomycine via de lumbaal drain.
Bij negatieve kweken (zonder antibiotica) na 72 uur: stop antibiotica.
Na aantonen van een specifieke verwekker, switch o.g.v. kweekuitslag. Dan is er ook een indicatie om de volledige behandeling met dexamethason (4 dagen totaal) af te ronden.
