General comments
Therapie aanpassen o.g.v. (liquor)kweek.
Bij voorkeur starten dexamethason tegelijk met antibiotica, maar uiterlijk binnen 4 uur na de eerste gift antibiotica.
Ongeacht de uiteindelijke verwekker is er een indicatie voor dexamethason gedurende 4 dagen.
