Meldingsplichtige ziekte groep C bij personen geboren vanaf 2006 en per 1 april 2021 bij personen van 60 jaar of ouder.
Na aantonen is er ook een indicatie om de volledige behandeling met dexamethason (4 dagen totaal) af te ronden.
